The whole process of replacing my HVAC system and ductwork was smooth and simple from beginning to end. David kept me updated on the progress throughout, the timeline was kept and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the end product. Michael originally came out to service my unit and he did a great job. He talked to me about possibly replacing my unit because of the age. I finally decided to do so and glad I did. The crew that came out today to install my new unit was fantastic. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC work done.

Seaside installed two new 2Ton HVAC units for me. David was at my house within an hour of me calling for an estimate and gave me a written quote while he was here. Once I pulled the trigger, his guys had both units installed and running perfectly within the week. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. Also, I called them about helping a friend whose air wasn’t working properly and they had it up and going within hours of my call.

I spoke with David on a Thursday. He came out 2 days later. Looked at what we had. The next Tuesday he and his guys were installing our new system. Complete professionals all the way around. Not to mention he and I discovered we k ew each other.

I just came here to say Seaside is top notch. My A/C went down last night. I have never been a customer, but they worked me in today and got it up and running! Don Polite was just that polite and very professional. Be troubleshooted the problem and fixed it! Definitely my new A/C people. The office staff was amazing too. Very friendly and went above and beyond to get someone out there today! All I have to say is I wish I knew about them 3 years ago when I had a whole new system put in! But it’s ok I’ll def use them in the future.

Called in and was on the schedule quickly. They did a great job of keeping me updated with the arrival of what I thought would be a technician arriving. The technician happened to be the owner of the company. David was great with walking me through my options as a homeowner with an aging unit and also taking in to account things I have personally going on where replacing a unit would be tough at this moment. In the end, we did what we have to do to get by, but also have a plan in place for the future. I don’t think you always find people with the willingness to help solve immediate issues, lots of places chase the large ticket sales immediately. I appreciate their help greatly and would recommend them to anyone.

Seaside has done a major HVAC installation and some smaller repairs for me. All were done well, quickly and as advertised. They also provided good advice and answers to my questions. I am happy with their service and will continue using them in the future.
