January 31 2025! It snowed. Our unit died. I searched google. Found seaside. THEY CAME OUT AND INSTALLED . Day of. 1 year later…… issues happening… as they do. SEASIDE SENT MICHAEL WILLIAMS (Request him) ! Came through like a marvel avenger. We are DEFINITELY LIFELONG PATRONS.

We purchased our home a year ago and found it had some complex HVAC ducting issues that really called for the creative use of mini-split systems. David and his team took on this challenge and just completed the installation of two new units. Everything was completed in a single day and both systems are working exactly as we hoped. Our community's Architecture Review Board was so impressed with how well the Seaside team was able to hide the outside units behind existing vegetation that they waived the requirement for lattice fencing. On top of this David and all of his team are just wonderful people to work with and their cost was significantly lower than all the other quotes we had received for this project. We highly recommend Seaside and expect to use them for all of our future HVAC projects.

Seaside Heating and Air was prompt, professional and easy to work with. From the estimate to the installation, everything was scheduled quickly and handled neatly. Very efficient, I'd highly recommend them.

Highly recommend, communication was amazing, service was fast and when he arrived, he quickly got our unit fixed and the house cool. David and his people are very knowledgeable and professional. For now on I’ll only call Sea Side heating and Air!

Great service. To be called on a Saturday morning and receive a call back and get my A/C unit back up and running on an expected 90+ degree day is exceptional. Give David a call when need your unit looked for GREAT SERVICE. And the added bonus is he is not EXPENSIVE !!!

The guys from Seaside Heating and Air Conditioning did an excellent job. Gavin and Matt came out and installed our new condenser and heat pump in a timely and professional manner. Everything was explained in detail and the work was of high quality. This is a great company. I deal with a lot of subcontractors and laborers and these guys are top notch. I had to have a unit and air handler replaced recently. They were quick to respond and courteous. All of my questions were answered and the house was clean after they left. They made sure not to damage the floors or the walls. The price was fair as well. They will be the first people I call if I ever have another issue.

Micheal Williams from Seaside Heating and Air conditioning was a genuine miracle! My energy bill was rose an ungodly amount, I called countless people only to get brushed off or ignored. No one was able to help or figure out what was wrong. Micheal was here maybe 10 minutes and found the problem, not only that but he was able to fix the issue quickly as well. I am very grateful for his knowledge and professional work!

Michael Williams was the greatest. Found the issue and got things going. He even came earlier than it was supposed to which was so more convenient. Please send Michael back to me for the rest of the work.

SeaSide Heating and Air deserves 100 stars. Joshua, Mat and David have outdone themselves with installing my new HVAC unit. They have excellent workmanship, product knowledge and complete transparency. The whole process was smooth and efficient from the first phone call. David is wonderful! He will talk with you face to face and answer every and any question, he gives you the time and makes you know that you're a special customer. Joshua and Mat are extremely professional and friendly, and they know what they're doing. I enjoyed the whole process from start to finish and appreciate how they treated me as a customer.
